Product Manager – Thin Film
Experienced Product Manager needed to apply technical knowledge and well-developed market understanding to assume complete management responsibility for innovative sputter target bonding product line. Conceive, plan, and perform all activities to achieve maximum profitability through aggressive marketing and customer development.
- Maintain complete responsibility for developing a product strategy, including product positioning and pricing, for sputter target users.
- Develop and execute tactical programs, both short and long-term for target bonding business sector.
- Manage entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution which includes product readiness and development to ensure achievement of financial targets and customer satisfaction.
Applications Engineer – Large Area Joining
Provide product and application technical support to new and existing customers to solve customer problems and grow sales of NanoFoil and NanoBond products in the area of sputter target and other large are joining.
- Work with customers and field sales personnel on application engineering projects to apply current NanoFoil-based products into existing and new microelectronic component joining applications.
- Work with Development Engineering and Marketing to define, develop and introduce new NanoFoil-based products and processes that solve customer problems in microelectronics component joining.
- Knock down technical barriers and resolve any customer concerns with the use NanoFoil and their applications.
Applications Engineer – Electronic Assembly
Provide product and application technical support to new and existing customers to solve customer problems and grow sales of NanoFoil and NanoBond products in the area of microelectronic component joining.
- Work with customers and field sales personnel on application engineering projects to apply current NanoFoil-based products into existing and new microelectronic component joining applications.
- Work with Development Engineering and Marketing to define, develop and introduce new NanoFoil-based products and processes that solve customer problems in microelectronics component joining.
- Knock down technical barriers and resolve any customer concerns with the use NanoFoil and their applications.
- Provide technical training to sales personnel and customers.
Senior Engineer
Senior Engineer with 4+ years of experience in the semiconductor packaging and assembly industry. The ideal candidate has experience working with soldering techniques, adhesion, failure mechanisms in material systems, design for process insertion in high volume manufacturing, mounting of components of PCSs, hermetic sealing and thermal interface management applications. Advanced degree and work experience in assembly environment preferred.
Senior Engineer
Senior Engineer with 10+ years of industrial experience in developing new, cutting-edge joining, soldering and brazing processes and techniques. Expertise should include metal-to-metal, ceramic-to-metal and ceramic-to-ceramic joining processes, metallization and surface activation methods, and the use and development of active brazing and soldering processes.
Senior Engineer
Engineer with an in-depth knowledge of ignition characteristics and ignition transients in energetic materials. Specialist knowledge of the ignition of rocket propellant materials desired.
Research Engineer
Develop reactive multilayered foil products with enhanced chemical and mechanical stability. Design and build test equipment to characterize foil properties. Analyze results and, in conjunction with concurrent modeling efforts, develop new foil products. Test equipment to be developed including rigs for determining initiation energies for reaction (using both electrical and optical techniques), measuring reaction velocities and characterizing punching properties of foils. Masters in Chemical Engineering and 6 months experience required.
Vacuum Coating Technician
Technicians are needed to operate and maintain magnetron sputtering machines. Must have at least 3 years experience in the operation and maintenance of vacuum systems. Experience transferring products from research to production preferred. Ability to accurately record and report data is essential. Operator Technician
Machine Operators are needed to assist Technicians with setting-up and performing production runs in a fast-paced manufacturing/R & D environment. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail required. Ability to accurately record and report data is essential. Overtime is required.
